Virtual urgent care visits with UPMC AnywhereCare range from
$0 – $67
with most members paying $5 – $15.
Some services like health and wellness coaching and health navigation are available to members at no cost.
Simply log-in and select a provider who fits your needs. During your visit, you will receive a diagnosis, a plan for getting better, and a prescription, if needed.

UPMC AnywhereCare offers several options to provide patients of all ages with non-emergency virtual urgent care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, regardless of insurance.
UPMC Children’s AnywhereCare is also available for children ages 0-17, so you can quickly connect with UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh providers to receive care for your sick child. Our providers can diagnose, provide treatment options, and prescribe medicine for many non-emergency illnesses. Visits are safe, secure, and available 24/7.
Access high-quality virtual care from providers you can trust for minor illnesses and injuries, including but not limited to:
- Bronchitis and cough
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Diarrhea
- Pink eye
- Rash
- Seasonal allergies
- Sinus infection
- Tick bites
- Urinary tract infection
- Vaginal yeast infection
- General medical advice
If pregnant, you must be within the first trimester of pregnancy (less than 14 weeks) to receive care from a UPMC AnywhereCare provider.
You must be 18 or older to use UPMC AnywhereCare. We can treat children through a parent or guardian’s use of UPMC AnywhereCare. UPMC providers and OCG providers may, at their discretion conduct a visit for patients under age 3.

Ask A Pharmacist
As a UPMC Health Plan member, you can benefit from meeting with a licensed pharmacist to answer questions about your medications, help you work with your doctor, explore lower-cost medicines, and offer tips to help you remember to take your medications on time.
Behavioral Health Concierge
As a UPMC Health Plan member, a concierge can direct you to appropriate assistance for family/relationship or medication concerns; stress, grief, or other emotional issues; depression, anxiety, and other life challenges. Chat with a concierge who will verify your eligibility, help to schedule an appointment, or direct you to other resources if needed. Concierges are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Want to discuss your health-related needs, goals, or maybe a new diagnosis? If you are unsure where to start, UPMC Health Plan members can talk with health navigators who can connect them with clinical services like health coaches and care managers to help navigate their personal health goals and needs at no cost.
